Sunday I stated my concept of the gathering of the church as a sales meeting where we get ready to go and do the business of the church. That gathering is where we prepare for and respond to and report about ministry for the week previous and the week coming.
It seems folks believe the gathering of the church is where ministry happens and often the only place it happens. Just so you know, God is bigger than that!
